1. Goal Setting
According to some statistics only around half of people even set New Year’s resolutions. No wonder so few achieve what they dream of. So the first step for all aspiring and veteran property wholesalers alike should be to set very clear and specific goals for the year and write them down.
2. Accountability
Surveys and studies of the wealthiest, most successful entrepreneurs and most intelligent geniuses throughout time show that they not only have written goals but are differentiated by actually sharing them. This can be done with close friends and family members, online with the world, or amongst peers in online social groups.
3. Knowledge
No limits should be set on going big with visions and goals. However, getting there can require a solid action plan. This is only likely to be effective if based upon knowledge of the industry, future trends and cycles. Use the holiday downtime to brush up on this to get the edge.
4. Go Easy on Yourself
One of the main reasons many flop on their resolutions is that they slip up and eat a donut or miss a workout or don’t see the results they see immediately and get discouraged. Don’t fall into this trap. Instead celebrate each daily victory and step in the right direction and look at resolutions more as long term lifestyle changes rather than hard and restrictive rules.
